On September 30, 2019, Dr. Lokman A. Abdulkareem -Dean of the College of Engineering/University of Zakho, , has visited his counterpart; dean of College of Engineering in Duhok University. The main purpose of the visit was to; meet with the new dean of the college and congratulated him for his new position and discuss long-term future bilateral relations and agreements with them.
